Because the range and scope of healthcare data can often be an overwhelming challenge to understand, analyze, and organize, ESF worked with our healthcare provider client to help them take better advantage of their data assets. It is common for mature healthcare organizations to rely on a manual output of data, but it can become an issue given the extensive nature of healthcare information and the critical role it has in saving lives. The ability to organize and process unstructured data in order to make it readily available both for patient engagement and employee productivity is crucial for our client and other healthcare organizations as well. 

In order to tackle the challenge of structuring client’s data in a consumable form, we utilized our expertise in data analytics and visualization to create and implement fully designed data outputs that were streamlined for professional usability. We implemented web based applications for the client and revitalized their reporting methods from inside their organization. In conjunction with our KPI reporting, we utilized RBI to build automated and dynamic reports on a user-friendly interface.

Not only has our visualized reporting allowed them to better understand any red flags in their operations, but our patient engagement metrics and our key performing indexes ensured that gaps in performance were noted, data was well understood, and the platform remains aligned with their business requirements. Our solution makes their extensive healthcare data more accessible and organized, and our reporting capabilities increased productivity and quality patient care.
